💸 Refund & Return Policy – Nailtitude

🕒 Return window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, if you reside in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law (see section below).


✅ Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unworn or unused,

  • with all original components (including the nail set, stickers, glue, alcohol pads, file, and cuticle stick),

  • in the original packaging,

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


⚠️ Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g. nails made with a design you selected or uploaded yourself)

  • Used items or opened hygiene products

  • Sale items or gift cards

These exclusions are in line with §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you have doubts about your eligibility for a return, contact us before placing your order.


🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, the fastest way is to return the item (if eligible), and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.


🇪🇺 European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • the item must be unused and in the original packaging

  • personalized/custom products are excluded

  • you must provide proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


📦 Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at info@nailtitude.shop if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.


💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@nailtitude.shop.
